1. Services

Coastal Villa Care provides exterior cleaning and maintenance services, including but not limited to pressure washing, soft washing, terrace cleaning, driveway cleaning, facade cleaning, and related services.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotes are based on the information provided by the client (e.g., photos, descriptions, or site visits).
Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition, size, or scope of work differs from what was initially communicated.

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

3. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed once agreed via WhatsApp, email, or phone.

• Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Coastal Villa Care reserves the right to request a deposit for larger projects.

4. Access & Utilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing safe and clear access to the property

• Ensuring access to water and electricity if required

Delays or additional costs may apply if access is restricted.

5. Results Disclaimer

While we aim to achieve the best possible results, Coastal Villa Care does not guarantee complete removal of all stains, marks, or biological growth due to:

• Surface condition and age

• Material type

• Deep staining or damage

6. Surface Condition & Risk

Cleaning, especially pressure washing, may reveal pre-existing damage such as:

• Loose joints or tiles

• Cracks

• Faded or worn surfaces

Coastal Villa Care is not responsible for pre-existing conditions that become visible after cleaning.

7. Chemical Use

We use professional cleaning products, including softwash and biodegradable solutions where possible.

The client must inform us of:

• Sensitive surfaces

• Plants, pets, or materials that require protection

We take reasonable precautions but are not liable for issues if this information is not provided.

8. Weather Conditions

Work may be rescheduled due to weather conditions (rain, strong wind, extreme heat) to ensure safety and quality.

9. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations may be subject to a call-out fee.

10. Liability

Coastal Villa Care carries out all work with care and professionalism.

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Wear and tear

• Indirect or consequential losses

Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

11. Photos & Marketing

We may take before and after photos of the work for marketing purposes (e.g., website, social media).
No personal or identifying information will be shared without consent.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

13. Acceptance

By booking our services, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
